You know those moments when
the tiny voice inside your head says,

I knew that voice well growing up, though I couldn’t quite grasp what “more” meant. After all, it’s difficult to know what’s possible when you don’t know where to look for answers. Still, I knew the way I was connecting with my friends, family, and partners missed something I couldn’t yet put my finger on.
As I grew, I watched my peers and myself stumble through early relationships and sexual exploration. Being one of the first to explore, I became the go-to friend for relationship and sex questions. I did my best to help, but of course, I was still learning too. The guidance I received—from TV, my parents, and society—left me with more questions than answers as I struggled to find my place within society’s narrow view of connection. I began to wonder: What truly makes people feel close?
Discovering that there are, in fact, ways to learn authentic intimacy changed my life. It showed me that connection is not about fitting into someone else’s box of “shoulds” and “should-nots.”
I believe the relationship we have with ourselves and with one another is one of the most important aspects of life. I’ve witnessed the power of truly seeing and being seen, the freedom of knowing you’re not alone, and the joy of being authentically yourself while receiving unconditional love.
None of us will ever be perfect, nor will we know everything there is to know. We’re human, and that’s a beautiful thing. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m passionate about helping you find your “enthusiastic yes” in pleasure and connection.
